Can I volunteer and race on the same day?

Same-day racing is allowed on super and sprint days as long as you sign for a volunteer shift that does not interfere with your race. Please allow enough time in between racing and volunteering to get ready for your race/shift. On ultra and beast days, this is not an option due to the length of time needed to complete these races.
