Spartan Middle East Events Terms of Purchase

• Currency: All ticket prices are stated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams, and all purchases are made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
• Payment Methods: Tickets can be purchased online using valid Visa and MasterCard only. Your bank might charge you an additional amount if you are using an international credit card.
• Order Confirmation: Once you have submitted payment information online and your ticket purchase is successful, you will see an Order Confirmation page online. You will also receive an Order Confirmation via email to the email address you supplied on the online booking form. The information contained in the Order Confirmation is important and you should keep it safely. The Order Confirmation contains a unique Order Confirmation Number which should be quoted in any future correspondence. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation (in the form of an Order Confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information for any reason (but especially if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information), you must contact us to confirm that your order has been placed. If it has, we will ensure you get your Order Confirmation. If we confirm that the order was not placed, you may safely reorder online. ITP is not responsible for any loss you may incur if you fail to contact us before the event and in due time to remedy the situation.
• Ticket Limits: When purchasing tickets on the Sites you may be limited to a specified number of tickets for each event. This limit is posted during the purchasing process and is verified with every transaction. We do this to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. If you manage to buy more tickets than the ticket limit in any way, ITP may in its sole discretion, cancel the purchase and refund the ticket value to the payment method used for the transaction. When you place an order online, we may contact you for verification and request photo identification so that we can reduce the instances of fraud. If fraud is suspected for any reason, ITP may in its sole discretion cancel the purchase and refund the ticket value to the payment method used for the transaction.
• Refunds and Exchanges: As a condition of sale, tickets are not refundable, and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. By making your purchase, you agree to this condition. Please carefully review your event before you buy. Once you have your tickets, keep them safe. The above condition of sale means that lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets cannot be replaced or refunded and you may not gain admittance to the event. By purchasing the ticket, you agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid or circumvent the above condition of sale in any way. You also agree that you will not contact ITP to seek a refund, return or exchange. Nor will you dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the credit card company used to make the purchase. Should you do so, your tickets may be cancelled and ITP may, in its sole discretion, take any measures necessary to ensure that any pending ticket sales are cancelled and that you are prevented from buying tickets in the future. The only possible exception to this policy is if an event is postponed or cancelled.
• Cancelled and Postponed Events: Special conditions apply if an event is postponed or cancelled. These conditions vary from event to event. ITP will contact you either by phone or email to explain the procedures and conditions required for a refund or exchange if it is due. When we contact you, we will use the contact details you provided at the time of booking. To get any refund or exchange due you must adhere to the procedures and conditions. Please note that refunds, when made by ITP, are made only to the credit card that was used for the online ticket purchase for the value paid for the ticket. Delivery charges, order processing charges, and other bank charges associated with your credit card are not refundable. ITP will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled or postponed event.
• Pricing and Other Errors: If the amount you paid for a ticket is incorrect for any reason, regardless of that reason, ITP will compensate you if you overpaid; require you to pay the difference if you underpaid, or cancel the ticket. If the ticket is cancelled, a refund will be made at ITP’s sole discretion. If you are able to purchase tickets before the scheduled sale of tickets start, ITP reserves the right to cancel the tickets. If the ticket is cancelled, a refund will be made at ITP’s sole discretion.
• Multiple Browser Windows: Please ensure that you use only one browser window to look for tickets and place an order online on the Sites. Using multiple browser windows can cause your session to time out and other errors that could mean that you lose your tickets.
• Unlawful Re-Sale of Tickets; Commercial Purposes: Unlawful resale of tickets (or attempted resale) is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. A ticket shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by ITP.
• Links and Search Results: The Site may automatically produce search results that reference or link to third party sites throughout the internet. ITP has no control over these sites or the content within them. ITP cannot guarantee, represent or warrant that the content contained in the sites is accurate, legal and/or inoffensive. ITP does not endorse the content of any third-party site, nor do we warrant that they will not contain viruses or otherwise impact your computer. By using the Site to search for or link to another site, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against ITP for any damages or losses, whatsoever, resulting from your use of the Site to obtain search results or to link to another site. If you have a problem with a link from the Site, please notify us at [e-mail] and we will investigate your claim and take any actions we deem appropriate in our sole discretion.
• Liability Release: By purchasing a ticket for an event through this website, you agree that you attend the event at your own risk. You and your heirs also agree to release, waive and discharge ITP and any of its associated and affiliated companies, their officers and staff (beneficiaries), from any liability that arises from your attendance of the event and agree that you and your heirs shall not sue or make any claim against the beneficiaries for any loss, damage or injury you incur attending the event howsoever caused.
